My name is Ria Barbosa Wilson. I hail from the beautiful and eccentric City of Angels. I attended the California School of Culinary Arts right after high school which ultimately catapulted me to Las Vegas where I lived and worked for the likes of Philippe Rispoli, Michael Mina and Daniel Boulud over the course of 5 years.
This isn’t a conventional food blog by any means. There’s a little bit of life thrown in the mix, and when I say life, I mean my crazy and sometimes boring life.
